The cost of a wine tasting depends on a number of factors, including:

  • The number of participants
  • The format of the tasting
  • The number of wines served
  • The type of wines served

Wine tastings with Red White & Cru are customized to meet the desires and the budget of the host and guests.

Each wine tasting event includes:

  • A personal consultation to select the event format and the unique wines that will meet your tastes and budgetSourcing of the wines from local distributors or retailers
  • A two-hour tasting event in the chosen format
  • Use of glassware for up to 20 people
  • Event materials, which could include education sheets, tasting scorecards or small prizes

The cost of a wine tasting does not include:

  • Food for the guests (we highly recommend providing at least light hors d’ oeuvres for every tasting)
  • Decorations
  • Location rental (if not having in a home, office or other location that the host can use free of charge)

Any of the packages can be customized for number of guests or for  the number or type of wines served. All tasting include highly rated, world-class quality wines secured from reputable retailers.

Cru
Wine Tasting

  • Minimum of 8 guests
  • 3 different highly rated wines served
  • 90 – 120 minute tasting
  • $40 per person

Grand Cru
Wine Tasting

  • Minimum of 8 guests
  • 5 different highly rated wines served
  • 120 – 150 minute tasting
  • $50 per person

Premiere Cru
Wine Tasting

  • Minimum of 8 guests
  • 5 different upgraded highly wines served
  • 120 – 180 minute tasting
  • $60 per person

Blind Tasting Competition

In a blind tasting competition, participants bring the wines to be tasted in a friendly competition.

$300 flat fee for this type of event.
